Within 48 HOURS following the end of auction, a $500.00 deposit shall be received in the form of PayPal , cashiers-check or certified funds. If a deposit is not received or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come-first serve basis. 2.
